Ardonn Jewelry Ltd. is committed to promoting accessibility in order to allow people with disabilities and special needs convenient access and use of the services we offer. We strive to ensure easy access for all our customers at service and sales points, on the website and at call centers .

Approximately fifteen percent of the population in Israel encounters difficulties accessing the Internet, including the visually impaired, the hearing impaired, people with motor disabilities, the elderly, and more .

In order to ensure professional and tailored service for everyone, we have made the necessary adjustments to our website, while implementing accessibility rules in accordance with the principles of the Accessibility Standard in Israel and the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Service), 2013 (Mark C: Internet Services). Our website is adapted to the requirements of the Accessibility Standard 5568 at level AA, in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines . Accessibility on the website is adapted to popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Explorer 9 and above .

The store is located at 6 Rabbi Yitzhak Yedidiya Frankel Street, Tel Aviv. There is a blue and white parking lot adjacent to the store for a fee in accordance with the Tel Aviv Municipality's signage instructions. For holders of a Ministry of Transportation disability card, parking is free in accordance with the Tel Aviv Municipality's signage instructions. Arrival at the store must be arranged in advance for those with mobility and/or hearing and/or vision disabilities. You can contact us at any time by phone, SMS or e-mail.

Accessibility adjustments made as part of making the site accessible

We have invested a significant amount of resources to ensure that its website is easier to use and more accessible to people with disabilities, with a strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.

We provide you with an advanced accessibility component from NagishExpress , a website accessibility company , powered by a dedicated accessibility server. The software allows a website to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ( WCAG 2.1).

4.  Contrast change button, light contrast, dark contrast and color inversion

6.    Changing the font size on the website to enlarge and reduce the fonts on the website

7.   Text spacing button that allows spacing of 3 sizes of text on the site

8.  Option to hide images on the site

9. A button that displays the alternative description of all images appearing on the site on mouseover

10.Dyslexia support - changing the font for people with dyslexia, allowing for easy reading of website content

11.  Mouse cursor magnification button

12. Reading mask button that allows you to focus on the main content of a page

13. A reading guide button that adds a reading bar below the mouse cursor that allows for easy reading of the content on the site.

14. Text alignment – Option to align text on the site to the right, left, or center

15.  Line height button - allows you to change the height of the space between texts on the site.

16. There are also accessibility profiles that allow adjustment according to an accessibility profile. The existing profiles are: motor disability, blind, color blind, dyslexia, visually impaired, cognitive and learning, epilepsy, ADHD .
