Standard jewelry production time is approximately 5-9 business days, with an additional 1-4 business days for delivery.

All jewelry comes with a full one-year warranty (except for intentional loss or breakage).
We also provide service for the entire life of the jewelry, usually at no cost or at a nominal cost.
Each jewelry item is issued a serial number and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
The certificate details information about the jewelry, such as its clarity and color, the weight, and the level of cleanliness of the stones, and more.
Additionally, we provide an official letter for the purpose of adding the jewelry to home contents insurance (upon request).

There are many ways to determine the size of a ring, but the best way is to measure the finger in a store or jewelry stand.
If you made a mistake in size, don't worry, we will make the size change for you at no cost.
It is important to know that on each product page on our site, you can find an easy guide for measuring at home.
We will be happy to assist you over the phone if needed.

Yes, all diamonds on the site are natural.

Certainly, the delivery arrives securely via a courier service, fully insured. The delivery company will send you an SMS on the morning of the planned delivery day, providing an estimated arrival time window. In case the proposed time is not convenient, the SMS will contain a link or phone number for you to contact the delivery company and reschedule the delivery time at your convenience.
Certainly, you should contact us within 7 days of receiving the jewelry.
If you need more time, please contact us close to the order date.
Please note that jewelry with dedication, engraving, custom design, and other items defined as custom design cannot be exchanged.
