      Does the jewelry come with any certificate?

      Each piece of jewelry produced in the Ardon Jewelry studio receives a serial number and a certificate detailing the type of gold, weight and clarity of the stones, and other details.

      Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?

      Yes, we only source diamonds and gemstones ethically and responsibly, ensuring that they are conflict-free and in accordance with the Kimberly Process Initiative.

      Can I personally design a piece of jewelry?

      Absolutely, every piece of jewelry on the site can be changed as needed and even a new piece of jewelry can be created just for you. For personalized jewelry, please visit our personal design page.

      How can I determine my ring size?

      The best thing is to go to a jewelry store or stand and measure there. Of course, you can also use the guide on this page, and convert the size you know to American sizes (see the selection menu) before adding the item to the cart.

      Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

      חשוב לנו שתהנו מהתכשיט שלך לשנים רבות.
      ולכן מומלץ מאוד לבקרנו פעם ב 3-6 חודשים לניקוי ובדיקת תכשיטים (חינם).
      *קיים שירות איסוף והחזרת התכשיט מכל חלקי הארץ בתשלום.
      הבדיקה כוללת את כל חלקי התכשיט, מצב האבנים והשיבוץ וניקוי עמוק ויסודי המחזיר את התכשיט למצב חדש.
      יחד עם זאת גם בבית אפשר לנקות את התכשיטים ואפילו להגיע לתוצאות מעולות.
      יש לטפטף 2 טיפות של סבון כלים עדין (ללא חמצן פעיל) לכוס המכילה מים פושרים ולהניח את הטבעת בכוס לעשר דקות.
      לאחר מכן להבריש לאט ובעדינות בעזרת מברשת עדינה (מברשת שיניים לדוגמה).
      לסיום לשטוף במים פושרים ולהניח על נייר מגבת עד ייבוש מלא.
      גם כן חשוב לאחסן את התכשיטים בקופסה מתאימה כאשר אנו לא עונדות אותה וכך להגן עליהם ממכות ונפילות מיותרות.
      זהב הינה מתכת יציבה אך עדיין רגישה לחומרים מסויים ולכן מומלץ להמנע מלחשוף את התכשיט לחומרי ניקוי אגרסיביים כגון אקונומיקה, וחומרים על בסיס חמצן פעיל.
