            Yes, we only source diamonds and gemstones ethically and responsibly, ensuring that they are conflict-free and in accordance with the Kimberly Process Initiative.

            Can I personally design a piece of jewelry?

            Absolutely, every piece of jewelry on the site can be changed as needed and even a new piece of jewelry can be created just for you. For personalized jewelry, please visit our personal design page.

            How can I determine my ring size?

            The best thing is to go to a jewelry store or stand and measure there. Of course, you can also use the guide on this page, and convert the size you know to American sizes (see the selection menu) before adding the item to the cart.

            Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

            ולכן מומלץ מאוד לבקרנו פעם ב 3-6 חודשים לניקוי ובדיקת תכשיטים (חינם).

            הבדיקה כוללת את כל חלקי התכשיט, מצב האבנים והשיבוץ וניקוי עמוק ויסודי המחזיר את התכשיט למצב חדש.
            יחד עם זאת גם בבית אפשר לנקות את התכשיטים ואפילו להגיע לתוצאות מעולות.
            יש לטפטף 2 טיפות של סבון כלים עדין (ללא חמצן פעיל) לכוס המכילה מים פושרים ולהניח את הטבעת בכוס לעשר דקות.
            לאחר מכן להבריש לאט ובעדינות בעזרת מברשת עדינה (מברשת שיניים לדוגמה).
            לסיום לשטוף במים פושרים ולהניח על נייר מגבת עד ייבוש מלא.
            גם כן חשוב לאחסן את התכשיטים בקופסה מתאימה כאשר אנו לא עונדות אותה וכך להגן עליהם ממכות ונפילות מיותרות.

When I first purchased this ring I ordered it in the wrong size and when I messaged the seller to update the ring size they replied fast and updated the ring size for me! Loved the customer service. I also ordered the ring with a custom engraving or our date. The engraving is in the inside of the ring and fairly petite. The shipping of my ring took about 2 weeks which was what was predicting due to the engraving. All in all, I would absolutely suggest this elegant ring with amazing customer service."
